As an impact-driven leader, you work hard. You’re showing up every day for your team, your clients, and your family.
You’re deeply committed, which is one of the reasons you’re good at what you do, so supportive of others, and find it so hard to take a break or show up for yourself.
Your to-do list follows you everywhere.
The guilt and negative chatter are ever-present reminders that you have loads to do, could be more present, and shouldn’t really take time out.

Deep down you know you need to make some changes, that you need to reset things in work and life to work better for you, your wellbeing, and your circumstances.
However, finding the time to figure out what to do and actually take action has felt impossible.
What if one day could change that?
Introducing The Reset Retreat
A structured small group mid-year retreat, designed specifically for female leaders and business owners who are ready to step off the treadmill, take an honest look at their life and work, and make intentional choices and changes to reset how they are thinking, directing their energy, and spending their time.
While this day will be relaxed and supportive in a contemporary and comfortable space, it isn't a wellness break or another session where you are inspired but don’t get the chance to practically apply the concepts and tools directly to you.
It’s an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, reflect and make decisions, and take practical action.
It’s a guided and solution-focused experience where you will be supported to:
✓ Honestly assess what's working, what isn't, and where your real pressure points are.
✓ Outline a high-level work/life design for the rest of the year.
✓ Identify opportunities to reshape and lighten your load.
✓ Create your plan to make changes that will refocus and free up your time and energy.
✓ Progress one area of your plan in an Action Lab where you will practically prepare and tap into peer-to-peer support.
✓ Reframe and dial down internal voices and guilt associated with stepping back, saying no, and looking after yourself.
You will also have the opportunity to connect with other female leaders who know the juggle is real and are also navigating the messy middle.
But that’s not all
On the day, you can opt to stay after the retreat until 5pm to continue conversations and/or co-work.
Following the retreat, you will also have access to follow-up and accountability support to help you maintain momentum, take positive action, and continue your journey to shape life and work to work better for you, your wellbeing, and your impact.
You will have access to:
✓ Two Online Group Calls: These 1hr online sessions will bring your small group together again to explore progress, challenges and continuing to live with intention.

Both calls will be recorded for those who can’t attend live.
